Hello all! I am new to this website. I am hoping that by monitoring my calories I will be able to find healthier habits for me and my family. I am also hoping to find an exercise program that helps with this belly fat

New here too, it's been about a week. Used to use a pay site to track foods and exercise, about 2 years ago, lost 14 lbs. Unfortunately quit using and gained it all back. Hoping this is the time...so far, so good! I really like this site so far!0

Glad you're here! I've only been on here since January 27th and I've already lost 9 pounds just from watching what I eat with a some exercise here and there...I want to get a handle on eating better than move into exercising regularly over the next couple of weeks!0
