i just came back to this site on monday because I started to gain back some weight that I took off before. I am doing 1350 calories a day, ut I feel like I am starving all the time. Any helpful hints on what I can do to curb my appetite?

    Hi:) Are you drinking you 8- 8 oz glasses of water. That helps big time! Also are you eating plenty of lean protein, nuts, fruits and veggies? Fiber also keeps you fuller longer. Hope this helps!
  • what's your weight and height? You may actually need a few more calories. I drink tons of water and have a few walnuts or almonds between meals. They are high calorie but full of good fats which I tend to not get enough of. I also love a good apple or some greek yogurt with a small amount of Kashi Go lean cereal..I like the berry because it adds a little natural sweetness plus a "granola" like crunch!! Good luck :)
