Hi everyone, so I joined last week. I'm i my third year at uni and looking to lose the weight gained through a student lifestyle. Hoping to lose about a stone altogether and would be nice to have some friends on here for mutual support!

welcome! does your school have a gym? that's always a great plus and helpful. When I was in college I went to the gym whenever I was bored, actually lost weight in college.0

It does but it's really expensive to join, Ive started going to yoga and pilates classes on campus which are really fun, and I've seen quite a difference in my body in only a few weeks0
