vegan brownies 45 cals each!
Options
These brownies are fluffy , sugar free, low calorie, fat free, vegan, and delicious! Makes eight brownies.
ingredients:
2 tbsp splenda
1/2 cup flour
1 apple, pureed
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/4 cup carob powder
Mix all ingredients well, pour into a greased baking pan. Bake at 350 for 25 minutes, enjoy!

I just tried making these, and they are delicious! I also made a batch using cocoa powder instead of carob powder since cocoa powder is only 10 cal/serving compared to 20 cal/serving of carob powder. The cocoa powder ones were just as yummy!0

I didn't measure out the water exactly, so I'd say just mix in some water until the batter is thick and gooey not runny.
Ya I think you could use apple sauce instead of the apple but haven't tried it0 -
