Water ! i drink almost 14 glasses of water per day. green tea , i have around 4 mugs daily. Also i find that having a squeezed lemon in lukewarm water either in the morning or at night really works for me. i have heard it flushes out toxins from the body so yes these three for me0

Water, log your calories, try to work out on a regular basis (a little is better than nothing).

Pretty much just reiterating everyone else's points... water! Keep hydrated! Log EVERYTHING! Even if it's bad and you have a massive binge, log it or you'll never understand the consequences of what you're eating and how damaging the binges can be, you'll also learn how to get the most out of your calorie allowance. I'm on 1200 but I eat 6 times a day and make sure that those meals count. Get MOVING! Even if it's just a 30 minute walk, it's something and keeping yourself moving will boost your metabolism, and those exercise endorphins will make you feel wonderful! (I walk everywhere now and LOVE it!)
Oh and finally.... keep at it! Don't pay too much attention to the scale. if you're doing everything right in terms of calories and exercise then just be happy in the knowledge that you're doing everything you can! It's taken me 2 years to shift this weight... 2 years! Be realistic with your goals and you won't be disappointed if it takes a little time!0 -
water water water - every time you're hungry, have a glass of water before eating anything. I've also tried as far as possible to cut out processed foods and diet drinks, and I've found myself feeling much healthier and much less hungry, so I think eating as natural as possible is great for filling you up and getting the real benefits from your food.0

water, workout programs from home that change it up so your body doesn't plateau, having a success accountability partner (i can help you with that anyone who wants help), this site, and Shakeology (can't live without it because of all the nutrients in gives me that I couldn't or didn't fit in before) feel free to ask.... Keep up the good work, you can do this!! Colleen in Seattle0
