want to eat everything in the house. Any suggestions on how to stop that craving
:laugh: ahahaha...hasn't everybody?! I just make sure not to buy the "bad stuff" b/c if it's not at my house then I can't eat it0 -
Have a big glass of water before you leave work.
When I need something before dinner, I have a slice of 35-calorie bread and a tsp of margarine. It's just enough to get me by until dinner.
I do the same thing but I use butter instead of margarine0 -
Always bring healthy snacks with you...I prepare a veggie tray every few days. When i'm having those cravings when I get home, I at least I have something readily available til I prepare dinner.

... go to the gym STRAIGHT from work, that always then makes me want to eat something really healthy cos it puts me in a really good place in my head :happy:0

I always have a snack set aside for on the way home from work coz I always feel that way. It really helps. I normally plan out what I will eat in a day at breakfast time0
