New week New Challenge
I've upped my goal by 1000 caloeries.I'd love to see lots of folks challenging themselves!
My personal challenge is going to be to burn 8000 calories in 7 days!!Hopefully there will be folks joining me.You all know what your challenge number should be so please be true to yourself and set a goal that's not easy!This challenge starts tomorrow saturday february 19th.Here's the format I'd like to see everybody follow.Please try to post your burns daily along with the method you used to burn these calories.This gives us all a chance to see the variety of ways we can burn those calories!! Good luck and let's get healthy together!!

Righteo count me in - better step up and challange myself this week too then, although I'm going to start counting exercise from Sunday (seeing as its already here downunder). How about 1000 a day for starters.0

This 7 day challenge is helping me break through the mental excuses for not exercising. Thank you for starting it. I am enjoying counting calories burned vs. how many times I have to exercise and for how long. It was easier to get moving tonight when I didn't have to think about a large block of time to set aside. It is progress.0 -
