Panera Bread Question

We went to Panera's for lunch today. I had the Thai Chopped Chicken Salad and the whole grain bread that came with it. Does anyone know the nutrition for the roll? The salad I got, but not the nutrition on the roll. It was the whole grain/wheat not the white if that makes a difference. No butter or anything like that with it.

It looks like a 2 oz serving of the whole grain loaf is 130 calories.

I saw that, but I wasn't sure if that was the proper size or not. Hmmm I will go with it.
Thank you!
PS - The salad is really good. This is the 2nd time I have had it.0 -
Is it a miche or a baquette?0

I beleive it is correct since that is a serving size.0 -
If you go to the nutrition calculator there is an option for sides, and for the whole grain it is 180 cal. I just was there this week and had the Fuji apple chicken salad and it was delicious! Highly recommend it, its about 520 cal.0
