You could check out www.marksdailyapple.com, google the Paleo or Southbeach Diets.

I've been trying Tim Ferris's 4-hour body and it's been going well so far. He recommends eating the same things over and over again to keep it simple: eggs, vegetables, legumes, and meat. But he also recommends giving yourself one cheat day.

Natural: Egg whites, nuts, legumes, beans, fresh fish, grilled chicken, tuna, edamame, cottage cheese!
    Supplement: Whey Protein, Casein

Cottage Cheese is a slow digesting protein. Eat it before bed time. Cheaper that Casein Supplement :)

Stay away from protein bars if possible or make your own..
You tend to pay more and get extra junk in the bars but there not a bad choice if your in a crunch

Great info about the cottage cheese... I just googled, and found an article about it. 100 grams before bedtime. I can't stand cottage cheese, but willing to give it a try.:ohwell:

Just adding protein to your diet will not build muscle, only exercise (resistance /strength training) builds it. The protein you eat will give you the building blocks for it, but protein not used for such gets converted to fat or glucose.

The body does not store extra protein (amino acids) so taking more than you need (especially if you are not doing weights to build muscle) will not really help.

Don't need high protein to build muscle, that's done mostly in the gym. It's more to drop body fat and used to get people off processed/refined carbs and sugars. If you stick to lean red meat, lean port, poultry, seafood, eggs, you'll get plenty.

My suggestion is if you go high protein...and maybe high fiber...make certain to drink at least 10 glasses of water every day to keep your kidneys healthy! South Beach Diet, is probably the safest way to go, but true Low Carb followers still think it allows too many carbs. Your vitamins come from Vegetables and 2 fruits a day (5 veggies) and you are still young and lovely so it can't do too much harm. My nutritionist has me on 90 to 100 gr of protein per day (my setting says 105 gr protein), and I try to set my daiy goals at 35 gr of fiber.
Click on MY HOME and just below, click on Goals. On yhour Nutrition Goals, go down to CHANGE GOALS , click on Custom. and set your goals as you prefer. When you have what you want in your Daily food, click on ENTER on your keyboard. If you click on SAVE CHANGES, you'll just have to re-enter your goals again! The website wants you to do 33/33/33 % for Fat, Carbs, Protein, but yours will be higher for Protein, and lower in carbs, and watch the fats to make sure they are "GOOD" fats, like olive oil, canola oil, avocado, nuts, and no trans fats! Go to the www.southbeachdiet.co website and look up the healthiest ideas in recipes, etc. Lots of luck, and if you want, I'll be happy to try to help! Greek low fat yogurt, 1/2 cup low fat cottage cheese, plenty of fish and chicken are good sources of protein, and eggwhites! Very lowfat dairy (skim milk)...
    My current goals look like...
Carbs / Day 135 g.....you will lower this number
Fat / Day 27 g .....you'll raise this number higher
Protein / Day 105 g ...I would not recommend more than this!!!
