Easy At Home Workout

Jumping Jacks
# = Highest weight

Crunches
# = Current weight

Jog in Place
# (sec.) = Goal weight

Various Workout
# (min.) = Current weight - Goal weight


Ideas for Various Workout:
- Continue to jog in place
- Planks
- Push ups
- "Hip ups"
- Lunges
- Arm exercises: Above & Behind Head; Rotations on sides: Front & Backs
- Sprint in Place


Please share any other ideas you have for the various workout section.

    I do lots of squats and calf raises at home.

    jumping rope (with a weighted rope) is an awesome one, as are martial arts type kicks and punches. Plus, they are super fun!!

    In addition to the other various activities, I also now put on a great song and dance. It is never the same, but it keeps my heart rate up and it is a lot of fun.
