- Continue to jog in place
- Planks
- Push ups
- "Hip ups"
- Lunges
- Arm exercises: Above & Behind Head; Rotations on sides: Front & Backs
- Sprint in Place

Honestly, I've been doing so much searching for work outs I cannot remember which blog it was from. It is truly a great workout though!0

jumping rope (with a weighted rope) is an awesome one, as are martial arts type kicks and punches. Plus, they are super fun!!0

In addition to the other various activities, I also now put on a great song and dance. It is never the same, but it keeps my heart rate up and it is a lot of fun.0
