I like WW tortillas so I can make quesadillas and egg burritos. Also, I eat a lot of cereal and oatmeal in the morning. I love dried fruit, but I only eat it when i get it as a gift since it's expensive. Walnuts and other nuts are good to have on hand. Chicken breasts. Milk.

I keep LUNA bars in the car (the one in the green wraper - toasted nut and cranberry I think - it's the lowest sugar and fat content) makes a great breakfast if I dont have time in the morning!
Spicy Hummus to dip veggies in
Ryvita or FinnCrisp crackers (both are great with laughing cow or peanut butter)
Soda water is also good to dilute juice (it's fancier than just juice and way less sugar/calories)

Colorful veggies--tomatoes, red bell pepper, avocados, mushrooms, carrots, mixed baby greens. I like to have these on hand for salads.
