Has anyone tried Slim Shots? If so, what did you think? I was just curious if they really curb the hunger.

    I've seen the commercials and all, but I don't know about the curving of hunger.

    they did an episode re: slim shots on a talk show last week, and there were 2 sides to the story, so i guess it depends on the person.

    Try papaya, and garlic pills. I take 1 of each before each meal, and its really helped me lose weight, and it's safe, of course eat sensibly also. Green Tea is also great for weight loss.

    In the end as they say, u can't cut corners losing weight, it just takes time
