Does tea count for water usage?

I use tea (Black made with tap water) against my calories because it's 2.5 calories per 8 oz.0

Yep. But caffeine is a diuretic so if your drinking caffeinated tea it won't be quite equivalent to water cause you'll be losing a little more too.0
