    Woo, alright, finally bought a scale so my first weigh was slightly late. BUT atleast now I have a little more faith in my weighing equipment. That wonky thing at the gym just looks like it's seen better years...

    Also started doing Jillian Michael's 30 Day Shred yesterday. Gonna see if how long I can keep up with it added onto my normal fitness routine. SHRED IT BABY! :D

    Having a reliable scale is super important. My boyfriend likes to joke that my scale is broken and that is why it says I am losing. I swear he is so mean to me sometimes haha,.

    Great laurakrowe! Glad to see someone else just on the boat.

    How is everyone doing this week?? I had a few bigger meals than I wanted to but I am just going to power through it and do my best the next two days. If I have a gain on Friday I am going to just look at it as a new starting point. I know I can do this. I just need to get this stress under control.

    i'm getting hungry around 2pm or so --- i need some ideas for high protein, but low in calories and fat snacks!!!!

    I do nonfat greek yogurt, sometimes I slice up some apple and dip it. I also really like veggies and hummus. Other than that I eat almonds(kinda high in good for you fat)

    Yay! Glad to know others are feelin' my pain. I already missed yesterday's (I know, day 2? really?) because I went to the gym for some cardio and yoga instead but I think I'm gonna do a double session (lvl1 and lvl2) to make up. Is that stupid/insane of me?

    be careful Deeders, it is easy to hurt yourself that way. Just listen to your body.

    Yeah, I agree. There's definitely a difference between good workout pain and bad workout pain. I ended up doing a double session of the lvl 1 shred this evening, and my knees started feeling a little sore towards the end of the side body lunges. Hopefully I'll know whether it did anything bad by tomorrow's run with my friend. My arms will definitely feel a good sore tomorrow though. Damn push-ups...

    Yeah the push ups are killer and the walking push ups on level two are crazy, but I'm getting better at them. C25K Week 7 Day 2 this afternoon after shopping for new running shoes (so hopefully no more blistered feet) and probably just strength training in the morning because I have a conference during the day and a banquet that night. I will be weighing in the morning and I'm looking forward to a loss :)

    Good job Everyone! I actually gained this week :( super lame but that is ok I figured i would gain some of the weight back since I did a cleanse last week. I am going to even out my goal to be at 165ish. It is going to be tough since I train but I am going to try hard. We will see if I can do it. Lets just say I want to weight less in any case hehe.

    I usually weigh myself on Mondays in the mornings, but I weighed myself yesterday morning to see if i was on track from a previous disastrous week....

    last week: 169.2
    as of 2/24 (we'll pretend its 2/25): 167 YAY!

    SW: 167
    GW by 4/1: 162

    I'll weigh in next friday :)
