I'm Bob,
currently around 300lbs, was almost 420 at my heaviest so have come quite some way, had some thyroid issues which are now for the moment resolved (been good for 5 years or so). Ride a motorcycle, like to cycle too wet here lately though. Have a staff bull terrier who gets walked a lot and I've just turned 50. I love this site already :)
