Hello, I wanted to introduce myself. This looks like an awesome site and great place to count calories. My name is Kate. I am 27, have a 3 yr old son. I need a bit of a change. Im not looking for a huge weight loss, I do want to lose a few lbs though, Im more wanting to eat healthier, and not fast food, pizza or out all the time or cook high fat meals. Ive started eating a few meals a week healthier about a month ago. Im dead set on making at least 3 supper meals healthy for my family a week. At lunch I eat alone and do pretty good at healthy there. I want to be more active so my plan is to walk at least 3 times a night for half a hr and I do a spin class two days of the week for 40 min or so. Im ready! Im motivated! Lets go!
