Does anyone know how to tell how many ounces of meat you're eating? Or anything for that matter. Is there a good method for telling?

3 oz of meat is about the same size as a deck of playing cards, same with fish....
just get a scale... it's easier...

I thought I read somewhere that 3oz is about the size of the palm of your hand........(if you have an average size palm I guess, lol)

These comparisons to a deck of cards and dominos good for when you eat out but when at home use a food scale its the best way. My perception of food size has always been off and weighing and measuring has gotten my pounds to go down.

I once clicked on the wrong button and ended up looking at the oldest threads first! After a head shake I clicked back the other way!!!
