that is a hard goal to reach.. hope you get it.. but don't get discouraged if you don't... my goal is 25 pounds for July 1st0

My goal is 50 pounds by December 31st. Anything more by then is a bonus. Not only do I think that's do-able, but if I lose 50 pounds before then, that's just a greater victory for me to celebrate!0

Having a bodybuilding background, I have been able to gain and lose weight in cycles, almost at will. I know how to do it, the problem is, I have been thinking I am still 25 and I just can't work out like I have in the past. I always seem to end up stopping because of injury. I have to re-learn and re-educate myself. No more heavy weights. Cardio , push-ups, and resistance bands for right now. And, as always, diet is the most important thing. And by diet, I mean what I eat, not the amount I eat.0
