This thread is one in which a new fitness and dietary challenge is posted each week. We also post our weigh-in numbers for the week on Monday (when the challenges actually start). Lets keep this rolling!

This week we are going to travel 20 miles through exercise (walking, jogging, elliptical, swimming, etc.)
DIETARY CHALLENGE:
We’re going to need to stay hydrated with all the traveling this week. So, the goal is to drink 80 ozs of water a day.

Well, I didnt plan it but Monday ended up being a rest day for me. I was tired! This morning I looked at my exercise log and realized I've worked out 9 days in a row. :noway: So, I guess it's a good thing I listened to my body and took that rest day. Im feeling good this morning so it's time to burn some calories and get some miles under my belt.

Well, I fell down my stairs this morning carrying a load of laundry. It was quite scary, and ended up hurting my back pretty bad. I think I'm just bruised up, but there goes my walking for today, I can't even walk to the bathroom.
I will have plenty of time to drink my water though, while I am sitting on the couch doing NOTHING! GRRRRR
