Roasted Red Pepper Soup! YUMM!

so delicious and easy you will love it! please weigh your products when it says oz.( scales are very cheap and the best way to know exactly how much your putting in)

Ingredients:
12oz red pepers
4oz onions
800ml chicken broth( no salt added)
800ml water
1 garlic clove minced
1tsp paprika
1/4tsp cayenne
1/4 thyme (fresh if possible)
1/2 basil " "
1/2 oregano " "

*no salt* ( a salt substitute) and pepper to taste



1.Saute onions, paprika and garlic in pot sprayed with pam
2.Add red peppers and season with no salt and pepper
3.Add all remaining seasonings and saute until soft
4.pour in chicken broth and mix in tomatoe paste
5. add water and simmer for 15-20 min
6. Puree in blender and enjoy!
