    Sorry I haven't been posting or recording this week. My life is just very hectic right now. But on a good note my foot is feeling much better.

    Wow I am having a hard time pulling it together. But I am making today a new day, week, and the beginning of my new month (even though it doesn't start until tomorrow). Thank goodness for fresh starts.

    The change in medication just wasn't working for me so I went back to the tried and true. Hopefully this will help. Daggone depression. I'm thrilled the weather is warmer and Spring is finally coming. That has got to help.

    Anyway, hope everyone is doing okay. New week. Time to get posting ;)

    i don't think i will make my goal of 15 pounds lost by late march. oh well.

    oh dear!!!

    I had a bad weekend! well i had a really good weekend but I had a bad diet/exercise weekend. I drank too much and as a result ate too much! Scared for my weigh in on wednesday. hopefully these next two days i can try and rectify some of the damage done.

    Morning!

    Well...didn't do too great eatingwise OR exercise this weekend, but I am still feeling pretty stuffy. Did Yoga on Friday night. Started TOM yesterday so today I'm feeling SUPER bloated! Just glad this is all happening BEFORE my vacation!

    Plan today:
    Food--
    B-Honey Kix, skim milk, coffee w/sugar free creamer
    S-Banana, breakfast bar
    L-Salad with tomatos and spritzer dressing, light yogurt, string cheese
    S-Apple, chewy granola bar
    D-Homemade crockpot chicken and gravy with red mashed potatos and green beans
    S-???

    Exercise--
    Gonna tough it up and do my No More Trouble Zones tonight! I NEED a good workout!!

    wow found us on page 6.

    just walked real fast to get girls. had to pee. it's a 10 mins walk. that was a long 10 mins.

    i pulled out summer bin today. most of what i wore last summer doesn't fit. went back a few years and saw what i did exercise/eating wise and re comment to that. got a salad container ready, cooked up some chicken breasts for salads. cooked up some eggs. have apples on hand.

    see every one tomorrow
