What do you all log the 30 day shred workout as?

    i created my own log in under cardio and just key in the calories that i burned (i get this info from my HRM)...i burn off 216 calories

    I made my own as well. I usually burn around 260-300 depending on intensity.

    i literally JUST asked this same question today and everyone told me they record it as circuit training.

    I made my own... google said it's about 200 calorie burn, but trust me, it works!
