HALF AN HOUR RULE.

Everyday I am going to get at least half an hours exercise.

Theres 24 hours in a day, i'm sure I can manage a measly 30 minutes.

Today I went for a little walk and you know what, it flew by.

It is going to be my new rule from now on. Let's see how it goes!

    Yes you can be amazed by how much exercise you can get done in only 30 min. Keep at it!

    It's incredible the effects of a 30 minute walk can have. People seem to think you have to do so much more!
