Morning all.
SW - 203 lbs
GW - 196 lbs
This challenge has come at just the right time, as my 1st Goal I set myself when joining MFP was 196 lbs.
I have lost 19 lbs so far since joining on 17th Jan so I am in a great position to reach my 1st Goal by the end of the month.
The extra support that this group will give will help me achieve this.
