You need to go to tools and then ticker to create the ticker - copy the code then go to community then signature and copy the ticker code in there and you can add text as well i fyou want xx

Since I was unable to yesterday, I weighed in this morning and my weight is up a bit, which discouraged me. But I'm hoping its just water weight or the fact that I just started strength training more now that I can.
Today's weight: 137.2 lbs
Goal by end of month: 132 lbs
Overall goal: 125 lbs

Ok, I'm in!
SW 154.2 (taken on Sat because TOM showed up on Sun and water weight would skew a weigh in today)
GW150 which would take me to my ultimate goal. (10st 10)
But I'm more interested in tracking my exercise for the month, especially as next week both me and Hubby are off work at the same time and usually that means I don't get so much exercise in. So logging in with my exercise is my plan, but if I can lose the 4lbs I'll be delighted!

Hey guys. Weighing in! Today I am at 273! Believe it or not that's actually pretty good for me. Hopefully I'll keep moving in the right direction! My goal is 1 lb/wk and I love that I am consistently well under calories daily! When I walk it is insane- I have like 1500_2000 calories left at the end of the day! Good luck to everyone!0
