bump, I would love this info too. Panera has it for their stuff, and you really don't have that much choice there as you do with subway0

YEAH, that would be great to know.....0

You can go to Subwayfreshbuzz.com. Go to the fresh fit choices. About midway down the page towards the left you can see a place to click to show the nutritional information. Once you click that there is a place on the right to build it. When you click that you can make it your way with your choice of bread, cheese, veggies, and sauce. It will change the nutritional stats as you change what you put on your sub. Way cool!0

I actually ate Subway yesterday and my favorite bread to get is always the honey oat. I didn't realize it but the honey oat bread contains 50 more calories in a six inch compared to the regular wheat bread. I still got honey oat, but it was interesting since this is the first time I have gone since I started using MFP to calculate my calories.0

Nice calculator! I agree, its not good to consider subway "safe". Only eat it when you have to decide between that and other fast foods. I have read that the whole wheat bread is only partially whole wheat, and actually has white bread mixed in with caramel food coloring. In turkey sandwiches you don't get all that much turkey, and in the big picture, the carb to protein ratio is way off.
What I personally love about subway is how they practically count each pepper and shred of lettuce then get pissy when I ask for a little more, and they put exactly two more rings of pepperocinis, ask for more once again, and they get really mad and throw their knife down after cutting the sandwich. I'm a nice girl too! I do not support subway.0 -
Go to the freshbuzz page and click the sub. Then click the nutrition facts on the bottom of the picture, then click Your Build.0

Subway has a build your own sandwich. If the link does not work, try clicking this link, and selecting a sandwich. On the right is a grey button that says "CALCULATE YOURS". Once you click that link, you can build your own and determine the calories.
