@ Mollie - I like your idea of a calorie bonus for the weekends. When I did WW in 2006, I always allowed myself a "free meal" on weigh-in days, whether I lost or not. Knowing that I had that meal as a treat made sticking to my plan really easy. When I would have a craving for say a burger or a blizzard, I will just tell myself that I could have it on Wednesday. It kept the cravings under control. Your idea of knowing that you can eat something extra and/or less than healthy on weekends should do the same for you. I might give that idea a try myself. So far, I have done well on weekends as long as I have things to do. If it is one of those veg in front of the TV weekends, I am quite likely to raid the fridge. LOL. :glasses:

Originally my goal was to be 172 by my birthday which is March 15th but at this point I really don't think I can hit that. Thank you for the good wishes! I'm glad your surgery went well for you. That actually is a small relief for me to because all I keep hearing are horror stories about how much worse I will be. It's nice to hear from someone who found some relief from the surgery!!0
