I follow a workout blog www.bodyrock.tv The girl is amazing (I hate her ;p), but the workouts are awesome. I was feeling results in a couple of weeks and the workouts and challenges are fun and interesting. JM? Not a chance!0

The only video related things I use are my Kinect games and my bellydance dvds by Sera Solstice/East Coast Tribal and Rachel Brice/The Indigo.0 -

Nope me either, was doing the Biggest loser Wii 12 week challenge but was really bored. Switched to Zumba and Tae Bo to get my heart rate up. It works for me...
I personally like the tae bo amped work outs, they have the weight bar that you use with it, i know not a lot of people are doing tae bo anymore, but coming from a martial arts background they made sense since i already knew all the moves, they just put it to music and don't hit each other (which does take some of the fun out of it, but oh well)0 -

I won't touch anything she does. I have read some horrible things about her form on her kettlebell workout...seems like she hops on whatever bandwagon she can to make money. Plus I have a prob with how Biggest loser handles things.
I'll stick with my gym workouts!
Probably not good to get started on this one. I actually DO kettlebell, through a bootcamp with a trainer, and anyone in our class could pount out a dozen things she does wrong with her kettlebell. I saw it on youtube, and it scared the crap out of me! That women is going to get people hurt.
Then again, maybe she'll hit herself in the head with the thing....0 -
This should say Jillian Michaels or P90x. Nothing against either one just seems like everyone but me is doing one or the other. I just go to different classes at my gym as well as use the equipment there.0

I got it (Slim in Six) about two years ago, couldn't get past the first DVD. Started it again when I started MFP, got to the second workout and let life get in the way. I just started a new job where that I have a 3 hour round trip commute to and from, so I've fallen off the wagon a little. Not proud of it, but I have. However, my Hubby and I are going to be doing the GOBA (Great Ohio Bicycle Adventure) this summer and he's getting me roller blades for my birthday (Friday), so I'm hoping that that will help to motivate me. I think I have exercise ADD, I just can't do the same thing for more than 1-2 weeks, I get bored!0
