so i started this a few months ago and forgot about it. now im doing this biggest loser competition at work and a boot camp at my gym...so that's 2 things that keep me accountable for the goals that i outlined on here...:tongue:

its great to have tools like this and people like you all to inspire and keep me on track!! thanks and good luck to all!
