Kidney cleanse Soup YUM!!!

Here's an altered soup I created for diner.
I am a University Student so being able to create this was GREAT and inexpensive!!....both my man and I LOVED it.....so filling we chose to not have protein for diner!!:smile:

I put all canned food in strainer and rinsed them.
*Chick Peas 1 can
* Onions, raw, 2 small
* Water, tap, 4 cup
* Beans, red kidney 1 can
* Cut Green Beans 1 can
* Lemon Juice 1 tbsp
* Chicken Broth or Bouillon 2 tsp
* Carrots, raw, 5 medium
* Pepper, black if desired
* Garlic, 3 cloves
* Pepper, red or cayenne, 1 tbsp if desired

Simmer for 20-30

    You DID have protein....It was in the beans.
