FAT FREE Raspberry Trifle Dessert

My mom had an angel food cake mix in her cupboard when I was visiting last week and I noticed a recipe for an "easy raspberry trifle" on the back. My husband and I whipped it up for a family dinner we had, and my whole family -- we're talking grandmas, brother, sister, uncle, mom and dad, family friends, etc. -- LOVED it! It's fat free and only 185 calories per serving! Here's how to make it.
Ingredients:
1 box angel food cake mix (the just add water kind)
2 cups boiling water
1 package sugar-free raspberry flavoured jell-o/gelatin
1 package (10 oz) fresh raspberries (or frozen if you can't find fresh)
3 containers (6 oz. each) fat free Yoplait 0% Source raspberry yogurt
Directions:
Bake and cool the angel food cake mix as directed. Once cool, tear the cake into 3/4" pieces.
Pour the 2 cups of boiling water over the jell-o powder in a large bowl; stir until gelatin is dissolved.
Add raspberries to the gelatin, reserving around a dozen for garnish later.
Refrigerate jell-o mixture (we put ours in the freezer for 20 mins) for a half hour or until thickened but not set.
In a large glass bowl (the taller the better -- at least 3 qt), layer half of the cake pieces, half of the gelatin mixture and half of the yogurt. Repeat the layering sequence with the other half of the cake, jell-o and yogurt.
Garnish with reserved raspberries.
Refrigerate at least 2 hours until firm.
Cover and refrigerate any remaining dessert.

Makes 12 servings.
Nutrition Info:
