Can someone share their food diary or give me a run down on what you typically eat in a day...

    I'd suggest going to the Eat Clean Diet (Tosca Reno, author) website and looking at their Kitchen Table community. People post the meal plans all the time. I get ideas very often from there!

    I tend to eat 2 - 4 PB&Js a day. Also, I love Corn Flakes with Cookies and Cream Protein Powder for breakfast/dessert.

    I do south beach--- for 2 weeks I ate low/no carbs--- meat, fish, veggies, nuts and diary.... now, I eat just 1-2 whole grains a day and maybe 1 fruit. For me, this is really good b/c it's make my cravings deminish. Feel free to add me (my friends can only do my diary)

    This may work for a guy but--- it's a little different for women :)
