How do you delete foods from your list? I am not following how to set meals that routinely contain multiple items such as milk and cereal so that you would only have to hit one combination item instead of individually adding them.

    when you click the food tab there should be a "meal" option under the main tabs :)

    Delete... look on the food list to the right is a small red negative sign. press on it and it will delete that entry...
