I put on a pair of pants and a belt that I haven't had on in over a year today. They were my first larger pants from a 32 to 34 waist. Got up to a very tight 36W at 185lbs which was my A-ha Moment to begin my weight loss goal back down to 160. Currently at 176.

Congratulations
I was up to a size 38 and they where getting tight. I 'm now pulling out old 36w jeans I haven't worn in 5 years. Now what to do with the XXL dress shirts?0 -
