Hi im new and need be serious and get this weight off and shape and tone the body!

    How much do you weigh now? what is the goal to loose? if you need to lose more than 50LB, go for Low Low almost NO carbs, Increase protein and work out 1.5 hours everyday.

    Drink 4.5 liters of water and make your way to 6 liters per day....

    this is the key to losing 33.5LB in 33 days today... I am the life example of it.

    I started at 307LB January 31, today this morning I was 278.5lb
