Ok well we need 10 more people for our weight loss challenge let me know if you are interested!! its great motivation and great to meet new people!!!! :D

    well we are trying to get 20 people and we will divide them into 4 teams of 5 each. we will start on monday and it will be going on for 4 weeks. its basically just for motivation!

    we will take the weight of all members and combine them to get the weigh of the "team".
    then weekly we will weigh again and see who is winning.!!
