A weight visualisation list anyone?

Does anyone have a list of weight loss examples. I was thinking something like

1lb is _______
2lb is _______

etc etc all the way up to as much as possible!

Will help me appreciate what I have lost instead of just seeing it as a number...

Cheers

The two I've always visualized: a pound as a pound of butter and five pounds as a bag of sugar. And the image of Oprah pulling out the wagonful of fat is stuck in my head forever, except I don't remember what that weighed lol....

Wow, the response before mine is pretty thorough. Although I think it is really creative and fun, my visualization ideas may be a little more concrete and easier to relate to. Actually you'll be most rewarded when you use your own experiences to come up with ideas of your own.

1 lb. a bag of coffee beans or a pound of butter
2 lb. 2 bags or pounds of butter
5 lbs. a bag of flour
10 lbs. a big bag of potatoes
20 lbs. a great big Thanksgiving turkey ( remember how hard that is to lift out of the oven?)
37 lbs the largest bag of dog food at the pet store (carry that around the store without a shopping cart)
50 lbs. (Do you know any kids in 1st or 2nd grade- who weigh about that much? That's a kid who's pretty hard to carry around)
