Exercise Plan for the week - tell me yours??

What is your exercise plan for the week ahead?

On a previous forum that I used to log in to we used to all post our plans for the week and report back each week to see if we had done it! Helps motivate you if you know you have a plan and need to stick to it or come and confess that you sat on your backside and didnt move!!!

So my plan for this week (starting tomorrow) is:-

Sunday - Body Attack, 30 day shred day 7
Monday - Body Step, 30 day shred
Tuesday - 30 mins on exercise bike, 30 day shred
Wednesday - Body Combat, 30 day shred
Thursday - 30 mins on exercise bike, 30 day shred
Friday - Body Step, 30 day shred
Saturday - Body Pump, 45 min swim, 30 day shred

    Tomorrow is the last day of week 2 & I'll be doing week 3 of Turbo Fire.

    I didn't know people planned their exercise :-p Glad i'm not the only freak haha.. Mine's the same weekly though, so makes it easy. ...I'm on spring break, extra work out time!

    Sun- 30 min Elliptical
    Mon- 30 min step, body pump, Dance it Out (hip hop)
    Tues- Dance it Out, 10 minute abs, zumba
    Wed- 30 min step, Body pump, Dance it Out
    Thurs- Dance it Out, 10 minute abs, zumba
    Fri- Personal training session
    Sat- 30 min Elliptical

    Great idea! Here are mine:

    Tomorrow - 7.5 mile run with Womens Running Network group. 40 min dog walk.
    Monday - 60 mins in gym with P.T - cross trainer, stepper etc etc
    Tuesday - 4.5 - 5 mile run with Womens Running Network
    Wed, Thurs, Fri - REST
    Sat - 10k for Rotary Club charity.
    Sun - 5 days mini break in Morooco!!! Whohoooooooooooo.

    M, W, F I do 30 mins of elliptical trainer, and 10-20 mins of kettlebell training
    T, and T, I do an hour of Zumba!..I go to a class and I love it!

    Sunday: rest day-walk the dog, family bike ride
    MOnday: weights, abs, double spin class
    Tuesday: abs, driving range, 18 holes golf
    Wednesday: cardio sculpt class, spin or weights and double spin
    Thursday: treadmill and elliptical intervals
    Friday: weights, spin class
    Saturday: power of 3 class (90 minute class combining strength, cardio and yoga)

    Thanks everyone!! Sounds like you all have some great plans out there!! I misposted and will actually be day 8 of the shred so Go Me!!!! :) It's hard going but I'm feeling great and it seems to be getting easier!

    I am finishing up week 2 of P90X Lean tomorrow...try to get a good elliptical workout on rest days. That is the only thing subject to being nixed off of the to-do list.

    Wed - Rest (maybe a gym trip, depending on lectures)
