What kinds of food do you eat for supper? I'm not a fish person but looking for some ideas.

If you want to go out to eat, and you like vegetables, brocoli with garlic sauce is very good tasting and very healthy.

Lots of Chicken and some beef too. I don't eat fish either. Lots can be found in the receipes thread! Some great ones for the slow cooker too!0

My standby is a piece of fish, roasted veggies and whole wheat crackers (I try to do some carbs, some protein and some veggies every evening). I know you said you're not a fish person, but I'll tell you how I make mine, in case you might want to try something new!
I toss whatever veggie I"m making (asparagus and brussels sprouts are my faves, but roasting works for green beans, broccoli...pretty much everything) in olive oil and a bit of kosher salt, throw in the oven to roast.
Meanwhile, I top a piece of FROZEN tilapia (they sell individually wrapped filets at most groceries) with about 2 tbsp of salsa. Cover and microwave (that's right, microwave!) for 3 min. The liquid in the frozen fish and the salsa steam it...and it comes out perfect and not fishy tasting at all! It's a perfect balanced meal for one person.
If I"m using a different kind of meat--chicken breast, or I like the natural chicken sausages that a lot of places have started to carry--I throw it in the oven with the veggies. In the summer, I do pretty much the same meal, but on the grill rather than in the oven. Good luck!0 -
we eat alot of ground turkey-bonelees skinless chicken breast-fish-fresh vegies-whole wheat pastas-fat free refied beans and salads. there are lots of great cookbooks and websites for low calorie/low fat recipies to give you some fresh ideas that appeal to you.0
