Normally I would drown salad in mayonnaise... Obviously not a good idea if you want to loose weight.... Any ideas about what I can use? I love spicy things like wasabi, sweet chili sauce.... I'm also a celiac so it can't be something that contains wheat....

I'll be greatful for any suggestions!
One of my favorites is: 2T. EVOO...2T Apple Cidar Vinegar...1TBS. Sugar free Jam...my fav is Figs, but peach is delicious too, whatever you like really....Love it! I mix it in that little 2C Blender...you know the one they sell on info commercials.

What exactly is EVOO???? I've never heard of it before!!

It is extra virigin olive oil :)

Lime juice, olive oil, honey and nutmeg. Yummy. Sometimes I use orange juice if I don't have any limes.

I personally can't stand any of the low fat or calorie reduced dressings, find they taste like they have way too much vinegar in them, bleh. It took me awhile to discover a dressing I liked that wasn't full of fat and calories! Anyways, the one I like is from Bolthouse farms and it is the creamy yogurt classic ranch dressing! It is really yummy! I also like spicey food so what I do is add in a tablespoon of the dressing and a tablespoon of hot salsa!! yummy!

I love salsa on salads. It can be high in sodium if you use too much, but it's incredibly low in calories.
