I was wondering if it is a bad thing to go over in fiber? I know that it's good to eat foods with fiber, because it makes you stay full longer, but is it bad if you go over?

not at all, just keep your water intake high as it will work with the fiber to help digestion0

I don't think so....I go over most days sometimes by quite a bit. I will tell you that it's probably a good thing to do your workout at home by yourself if you know what I mean.0

I'm always over on fiber and protein, way under on fat and under on carbs. I have to laugh... it's like MFP wants me to put down the apple and eat a tablespoon of lard instead!0

the fiber levels (at least for me) were extremely low! you should get 25-30 grams of fiber a day. If you are going over, just make sure you are getting PLENTY of water or you could become constipated. As far as I know as long as you are regular its not going to hurt you to get too much fiber...0 -
I always go over in my fibre too. Drink lots of water to keep everything moving along and you'll be just fine.0
