    Team East here!
    I made my goal of 171 lbs
    I did have ONE chocolate/peanut butter cookie earlier in the week. Just wasn't even thinking.
    However, I did step away from the oreos several times this week :laugh:

    Next week's goal 169 I need to beak the 170 barrier. :tongue:

    I was going for 1 lb. and I lost 2. I had a very small bite of a brownie, although I wanted to the whole thing. My goal for next week is 2 lbs. I weigh 218 this morning.

    You guys, I'm soooo surprised that I was able to drop 3 lbs in one week. Since I've been sick I don't know if it was due to that, but I ate every single day my breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks. I didn't think I could lose even one lb and I saw u girls putting that u wanted to lose 2 a week and I thought u guys were nuts. Lol. Wow, I can't believe this is actually and finally working for me, for us! I'm on team south, but ALL of u girls rock!! Congratulations on our first week, 6 more to go! :-D

    Side note - it might be helpful to put a link to this thread in the main thread so people can find it. I didn't know it existed until someone mentioned it in the other thread, and then I had to look at all of their posts to find this thread. It might be easier to just put a link in the main thread every week on weigh-in day.

    I caved last night, had 1 Petites Mint Fudge 100 Calorie pack, and the worst part was it wasn't even the chocolate that I wanted so badly, it was the mint! And I had done so good all week besides that!

    my goal was 130 and i weighed in at 129 :) lost 2lbs, very happy
    i think i had 1 serving of chocolate - i had cocopops cereal?
