Thinking about purchasing the Polar FT 7. What does it do/how does it work?

    I have that same one and love it. It uses the chest strap but I don't mind it cause it just feels like your bra anyway. It tell you your heart rate throughout the workout then summarizes it when you are finished. telling you how many calories you burned and how long you were in each hr zone. it is very nice and great motivation
