Hi everyone
I'm a newbie to the messageboards![:smile: :smile:](https://community.myfitnesspal.com/en/resources/emoji/smile.png)
I'm a bit of a yo-yoer on the weight front and have fluctuated between 164 pounds at my heaviest to122 pounds at my lightest (i'm 5ft 3). I'm currently 140 but aiming to get down to about 129 which is my 'happy weight' and stay there!
I've been logging my food for the past week but have to admit the quality of what I'm eating could be better. Too many of my calories are coming from sugar! I am going to go for an official weigh in tomorrow and going to get serious with the healthy eating and exercise habits.
I'm loving reading all the tips and successes on here and am looking forward to joining you all on the journey to a slimmer,healthier me :happy:
