Hi I'm new to this site and pretty much need all the support I can get right now. I'm a student and I'm trying to lose about 60 pounds by the end of the year.

Hi! I lost 37 lbs since Jan 2010, 27 of them on this site. It took me Feb - Aug to lose the 27 lbs, which is about 1 pound per week. That is a nice amount per week to aim for. Cut down of saturated fats and sodium/salt. Increase fiber (veggies, fruits, whole grains and nuts). And Exercise (walking, running, aerobics, swimming, touch football, playing catch with someone that has a bad aim, etc.) Have fun with this life changing experience and drink lots of water. :drinker:0
