I decided to save my own life

So I'm getting healthy. Working out five times a week for an hour, learning to eat right. I've lost 10 pounds in my first five weeks I feel better than I have felt in a long time. I hope to lose 50 pounds total by the end of June.

  • I find that Sunday is the most difficult day. I can't go work out that day. And Yesterday was tough too - but I did manage to stay under my calorie goals.

  • I find weekends REALLY hard. There is always lots of friends and fun which seems to involve food. I'm going to have to exercise or a least walk more on the weekends.
