help on tracking

I have noticed some people mention tracking additional things beside what is automatically selected for you such as fiber and sodium. can anyone help me out with this?

    Go to "FOOD" and then click on "Settings." You'll be able to use the drop down arrow to determine which nutrients you prefer to track.

    Go to settings/diary settings and you can change what you track from the pull down menus or the amounts you want tracked. I track cholesterol, because thats aconcern for me and I also lowered the amount that I am allowed per day.
