So I have started Zumba but how do I track that?

    Maybe log it as "aerobics, high impact"? Or would it be low impact?

    Just create the exercise "Zumba" and wear a heart rate monitor / calorie counter watch. You can do this! :)

    I wear a a garmin watch with the heart rate monitor/ calorie counter.... It is awesome! I love know what I burn in a workout!
