7 Day Calorie Burn Challenge!!

This week is a 10,000 Calorie burn challenge. You can put up your own number but make sure it something you'll have a tough time reaching otherwise it's really not a challenge now is it?
The formats the same so good luck & be safe!!

I did burn 3500 last week and I challenged myself to do it too0 -
I'll try it. I burn 6711 last week and I feel like I can definitely improve on that!0

however I did just do some numbers to see what my hubby burns ( he plays semi pro tennis) and he burns a avg of 3000-5000 calories a DAY.. woohoo

I am up for this challenge! I have an insurance health screening next Wednesday, so this is right on track for me doing the best I can before the appointment at 6 am on Wed. This is probably way more than I have ever done, but I am looking forward to it.

Please put up whatever numbe you'll think you can hit but will have a tough time reaching it. You don't have to do 10,000 unless you think you can safely push yourself to do it.0

I'd love to do a challenge because it may help motivate me. I haven't done anything for over a week due to a "tweeked" back so I need to kick start all over again. I see these types of challenges often.
Just keeping total for the week right? Don't mean to sound stupid but I usually making things out to be harder than they are because I try to read what is NOT there. I'll shoot for 3000 since I'm just starting back in since my back.0 -
